Exchanging information is easy!

If you use a family history software program that can produce a file in GEDCOM format then we can actually exchange databases via email. But don't worry if you do not have this facility, I'm happy to exchange information in a variety of formats and media including plain text email. 

A GEDCOM file is a file with names, dates, locations, and notes that is in a special format that can be read by other genealogy programs. Do not load data into your family history database until you are sure about it's contents. It's best to make a backup of your existing database or load it into a temporary database so that you can examine it first before committing to loading it.

Note: For privacy and security you may wish to exclude people who are still alive when exchanging family information.
